Jonathan Chapman is an expert on internal audit functional strategy and change management. He has held several senior management roles in the financial services sector, including HR Director for Change at Aviva and Chief Operating Officer for Internal Audit at Aviva and Lloyds Banking Group. In 2018, he was shortlisted for the Risk and Audit awards Inspirational Leader of the year. He is now operating as a non-executive director and consultant specializing in risk and internal audit transformation with recent clients such as Bupa, UK Government Internal Audit Agency, and Vanquis Bank. He has an MBA from Henley Business School and a PHD from Cranfield School of Management and is a Chartered Member of the IIA.
